Relax and unwind in the comfort of one of 'Cyprus Villages' tastefully restored traditional village apartments far away from mass tourism. Spend your free time either reflecting quietly or take part in the varied activities on offer. Leave feeling renewed with a greatly enhanced sense of well-being and positivity.
Immersed in nature, Cyprus Villages is the ideal environment to decelerate and get to know yourself. The yoga teacher guides you into gently executed body postures, followed by an awareness phase to further a better body knowledge, more strength and flexibility. The deep relaxation at the end of each class has a calming, balancing effect that counters the consequences of stress. The content and the teaching methods are adapted to each persons current condition, needs and interests. So, the courses are both accessible and challenging to all levels. The teaching style is undogmatic, free from constraints and esoterism.

WEEKLY PACKAGE AND EXTRA NIGHTS
The single occupancy weekly yoga package is €750.00 per week.
Extra nights with half board €78.00 per night.
Extra yoga sessions €25.00 per 1 ½ hour session.
The double occupancy (2 persons) weekly yoga package is €595.00 per person per week in a one bedroom apartment with twin or double beds.
Extra nights with half board €64.00 per person per night.
Extra yoga sessions €20.00 per 1 ½ hour session per person for minimum two persons.
Upgrade to two bedroom apartment is €20.00 per night supplement for the apartment. (not per person).

Relax, energise and rejuvenate body, mind and soul with a 1½ hour morning Yoga session. After the morning session there is plenty of time to enjoy traditional holiday activities such as relaxing by the pool or at the nearby beach, strolling through the village or hiking through the countryside. Late afternoon there will be another 1½ hour yoga session before your dinner at the Tochni Taverna. The following additional activities can be booked and paid locally: Holistic treatments, massage treatments. Individual coaching sessions are available for anyone who would like to experience a deeper mind-body rebalancing and release of physical, emotional or energetic blockages.
