Reservation/cancellation conditions

1.  Booking form/Deposit: A booking form will be sent to you either by e-mail or fax where your flight, contact details, reservation details and credit card number is requested for your deposit. This form is necessary for all reservations. Confirmation of your reservation is official only after we have received a deposit of at least 30% of the total amount by credit card or bank transfer, although we will make a provisional booking to secure your reservation before hand. The full balance due is paid one day after your arrival at our main office at Tochni village either in Euro cash or credit card.
   
2. Rental car: Upon collection of your rental car at the Avis car hire desk at the airport you will complete the rental contract so please have ready the driver’s license and passport or ID. A visa card is necessary for the rental. Approximately EUR22.00 per day which is 40% of the total car hire rate will be charged to your visa card by the car hire company This amount will be deducted from your total package price when you pay the balance to Cyprus Villages one day after you check in. This not an extra cost.
   
3. Airport Taxi Transfers: You have the choice of booking arrival/departure airport taxi transfers and we will arrange free delivery & collection of your rental car at the village. Delivery will be the following morning after your arrival. The transfers arrival and departure is EUR70.00 (EUR35 each way). The taxi service is paid direct to the driver. The transfer is for maximum 4 passengers and infants sit on a parents lap, there are no baby seats in taxis. Maximum luggage space is 3 suitcases and some small bags. Passengers with extra items such as prams, carry cots, bikes etc, must be advised at the time of reservation as it may be necessary to book an extra or larger taxi.
   
4. Cancellation condition: Cancellations received over 6 weeks prior to your arrival: you will be entitled to full refund of your deposit or you have the choice of a 13 month re-booking period beginning after your cancelled reservation date and your deposit will be valid. Any cancellations received in any period of 6 weeks prior to your reservation arrival date the 30% deposit will be considered as cancellation fee.

Rental car /Terms & conditions

1. Rate Includes : Free delivery, unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver, and VAT at 15%
2. Petrol is not included in the prices and is PREPAID and NON REFUNDABLE.
3. Cars are booked by group and not by specific model.
4. An excess of EUR345.00 for groups A,B,C,D,E,F,I,L will pre pre-authorized to your credit card and will be charged only in an event of an accident which is your responsibility.If you do not wish your credit card to be pre-authorized for this amount you may purchase excess waiver super CDW insurance and is EUR5.75 per day for groups ABCDEF and EUR8.63 for GHJKNL which eliminates the excess to zero.

Optional extras

1. Tyres, Windscreen and Oil Sump insurance (EDW):Available for EUR5.75 per day for categories ABCDEF and EUR7.48 for JKMNO and EUR6.90 per day for categories GHIL.
2. Personal Accident Insurance: For EUR4.60 per day
3. Additional driver EUR5.75 per day and EUR5.18 per day for baby child seats.
4. Age: Renters age 21-70 years old. Less than 21 years old must have a 3 years driving license. For renters age under 25 years and more than 70 years old there is a EUR7.48 per day daily charge.
